F650
The 'Freshnel' lens consists of a number of smaller lenses
arranged to give a flat surface of short focal length.
Named after Augustin Jean Fresnel (1788-1827), a French
physicist who worked on the interference of light, contributing
to the wave theory of light. The Fresnel stepped lens
produces a soft edge light that can be shaped by 'Barn
Doors' (ie metal flaps).

P650
The Profile spot throws an even beam of 'hard edged' light
with precise, sharp zoom focus. This kind of lantern
can also project a shape or 'profile' when introduced
through the gate construction between the reflector and
lens. This makes the unit ideal for projecting 'Gobos'
(ie metal cut-out patterns).
External Body Dimensions (excluding yoke):
170mm x 170mm x 540mm
Approximate Weight (Kg):
6.8
Variable Beam Angle:
20° - 40°
PC650
A 'Prism Convex' lens has a textured rear surface which provides a wide
controllable tight 'spot' of light without the sharp beam edges of a profile
but yet providing more definition in spot focus than a fresnel. 'Barn
Doors' (ie metal flaps) can be utilised to give a defined edge to any
part of the circular beam.
External Body Dimensions (excluding yoke):
170mm x 170mm x 345mm
Approximate Weight (Kg):
4.2
